The Inaugural race to the future is a celebration of the 200th birthday of the state of Alabama. Our organization, “Completing the Story, African Americans in Huntsville” is hosting a Fun Run as well as a 5K run to raise monies to assist in resurrecting a memorial monument in Huntsville geared toward the memory of slaves in our community..
