I am Lola Moore Johnston, Pastor of the Woodbridge (VA) Seventh-day Adventist Church, author, empowerment coach and founder of the “Bloom Movement”. It is my passion to provide sermons, spaces and strategies that equip women frustrated with stagnation to unearth their buried potential. The BLOOM Conference, founded in 2016 while I resided in Nashville, TN, is a Christian Woman’s Empowerment Experience created for women ready to live out all they were created for! It was primarily geared toward women between 25 and 45 who needed wise guidance to maximize the decisions on life, relationship and career which women navigate during this life stage.
During this event, tools and strategies are shared to:
-Confront and Defeat Insecurity
-Ignite Creativity and Spark Passion
-Create Actionable Plans for Personal Healing and Pursuing Our Divine Purpose
Using Christian principles, we provided seminars on:
-How To Develop and Sustain Personal Spirituality
-Establishing A Personal Brand and Pursuing Entrepreneurship
-Thriving After Tragic Loss
-Creating A Sustainable Health Regimen
-Protecting Our Sexual Health
-Forgiveness, the Key To Moving Forward
After transitioning to Woodbridge, VA in 2018, I feel impressed to re-launch this transformational experience in the DMV area. We have broadened our scope and will provide offerings for women and girls from 13-103! The presenters and guests we feature will share their stories of uprooting fear and opposition to stand in their unique brilliance as well as providing actionable systems and strategies to help our guests to do the same.
